Good transaction notes help support trace a deposit or withdrawal, but an unredacted screenshot can expose more than the issue requires. Keep a small, consistent record with the reference, time, amount and status, then remove secrets before sharing anything.

The minimum record that is useful
For each transaction, note the date and time zone, amount and currency, payment method, transaction reference, casino status and provider status. Add the URL or account page where you saw the status and the support ticket number.
A text note is often safer than a screenshot. Use screenshots only when the visual status or receipt is necessary to explain the problem.
- Request or deposit reference.
- Exact amount and currency.
- Status wording and timestamp.
- Support case number and reply time.
What to redact
Before sending an image, cover passwords, PINs, OTPs, recovery codes, full card or wallet numbers, QR codes, unrelated balances and identity details that are not requested by the published policy. Keep the relevant reference visible.
Do not use a public image editor or send the original to a stranger for redaction. Make a private copy, verify that the covered text cannot be revealed and keep the original offline if you need it for your own record.
| Keep visible | Hide or remove |
|---|---|
| Reference, time, amount and status | Password, OTP and PIN |
| Provider name and support ticket | Full card or wallet number |
| Relevant terms and URL | Unrelated identity details |
Name the file so you can find it
Use a neutral filename such as 2026-09-17-withdrawal-reference-redacted.png. Do not put a password, full account number or identity number in the filename. Keep the record in a private folder with device protection enabled.
If you use our withdrawal timeline, copy only the evidence that answers the next support question. More data is not automatically better evidence.
- Use one file per transaction.
- Keep a short text summary beside the image.
- Delete duplicate public uploads.
Share only through the right channel
Send the record through the authenticated operator or payment-provider help route. Verify the domain before uploading. If a person asks for an OTP, remote access or an extra payment, stop and preserve the messages instead.
Method and limits: retention periods and privacy rules vary. This guide is a record-keeping method, not legal or financial advice. Gambling is for adults aged 21 and over and should remain an affordable form of entertainment.
