A reversed deposit is different from a failed or pending deposit. First identify which system reversed the movement, then compare the provider reference with the casino cashier entry. Repeating the payment before that check can create a second, unrelated transaction.

Name the status in both places
Write the exact wording from the provider and the exact wording from the casino. “Reversed”, “refunded”, “pending” and “failed” can lead to different next steps, and a notification may update before the ledger does.
Record the amount, currency, time zone and reference number. Confirm you are viewing the same casino account and wallet as the original attempt.
| Record | Provider | Casino |
|---|---|---|
| Status | Completed, reversed or pending | Cashier and account ledger wording |
| Reference | Provider transaction ID | Casino deposit ID |
| Balance | Wallet movement | Cash or bonus balance |
Do not chase a missing balance with another deposit
A second deposit can settle while the first is still being reversed, leaving you with two support cases. Close the cashier window and refresh the account once before taking any action.
If the provider shows the amount returned, keep the reversal record. If the provider shows completed but the casino says reversed, ask the casino which reference it used and whether the amount was released back to the provider.
- One attempt, one reference.
- Keep the receipt and timestamp.
- Do not share a wallet PIN or OTP.
Ask a traceable reconciliation question
Use the casino’s authenticated support ticket and include the transaction ID, not a screenshot of your whole wallet. The GCash Help Center is the right route for a wallet-side status question; our withdrawal timeline shows the same evidence discipline for cashouts.
Ask whether the casino ledger has released the amount, whether a reversal is pending and what the next status update will be. Keep replies in one ticket.
- Provider reference.
- Casino reference.
- Exact status and time zone.
Stop if the explanation does not match
If support asks you to deposit again to unlock a reversal, stop. Read the site’s Terms of Service and use an official payment-provider route. Gambling is for adults aged 21 and over and is not a way to recover a reversed payment.
