A live-dealer session can disconnect before you see the result. The safest response is to avoid replaying the same action, record the table and round details, and ask the operator how the unfinished bet was settled.

Do not immediately place the bet again
A disconnect does not tell you whether the original wager was accepted, rejected or still being settled. Repeating the action can create a second ticket and confuse the timeline.
Wait for the account history to update once, then record the table, game, round or hand reference, stake and visible status. Use the authenticated account page rather than a message link.
- Table and game name.
- Round or hand reference.
- Time and time zone.
- Stake and status.
Separate three possible outcomes
Support may describe the round as settled, voided or still under review. These are different outcomes. A void may return the stake under the operator’s rule; a settled round has a recorded result; a review may need a provider trace.
Ask for the exact rule and record the answer. Do not assume a disconnect means a win, a loss or a refund.
| Status | What to ask |
|---|---|
| Settled | What result and reference are recorded? |
| Voided | Which rule controls the return and timing? |
| Under review | What evidence or provider check is pending? |
Evidence that helps support
Keep the lobby or table name, session time, round ID, stake, connection event and any error message. A screenshot should not show your password, OTP or unrelated account information.
If the site asks you to upload a recording, use its secure support route. Our withdrawal timeline offers a similar way to keep one reference-based support record.
- One ticket per affected round.
- Exact wording of the status.
- No repeated wagers while unclear.
A safe stop condition
If the operator cannot identify the round, redirects you to an unrelated domain or asks for an extra payment, stop. Keep the URL and support messages, then use official channels. Our domain verification guide can help check the site identity.
Method and limits: game settlement depends on the operator’s current rules and provider records. This guide does not decide the outcome or guarantee a refund. Gambling is for adults aged 21 and over and is not income.
