A casino statement is useful only when each line can be matched to a real event. Reconcile deposits, bets, adjustments and withdrawals by reference, time and currency before asking support to correct a balance. A single total rarely explains where a mismatch began.

Build a three-column record
Export or copy the casino transaction history if the account provides it. Add the matching payment-provider reference and your own note about what happened. Keep dates in one time zone so a late-night transaction is not assigned to the wrong day.
Do not include your password, PIN or full wallet screenshot in the record. Redact personal details before sharing it.
| Casino line | Provider line | Your check |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit ID | Wallet or card reference | Was the balance credited? |
| Bet or game record | Usually no payment line | Was it settled, void or reversed? |
| Adjustment or bonus | Offer or support reference | Which term explains it? |
| Withdrawal ID | Provider transaction reference | Was it released and received? |
Reconcile from the first mismatch
Start at the earliest line that does not match, not at the final balance. Later adjustments may be correct if they follow a documented reversal or settlement, while a missing first deposit can make every later total look wrong.
Check whether cash and bonus balances are displayed separately. A promotion adjustment should not be silently treated as a cash deposit.
- Match ID first.
- Then match amount and currency.
- Then match status and time.
Ask support for a ledger explanation
Send a short table or numbered list through the authenticated ticket. Ask which ledger entry changed, which rule or event caused it and what reference the provider can trace. Our withdrawal timeline can hold the cashout portion, while the Terms of Service covers published rules.
For GCash-side records, use the official Help Center. Keep each party’s reference separate.
- Earliest mismatch.
- Expected and actual amount.
- Exact support question.
Stop when a balance cannot be traced
If support asks you to make another deposit to “refresh” the ledger or cannot name the adjustment, pause. Use the verification checklist and an official payment route. Method and limits: reconciliation can identify a mismatch but cannot promise a correction or payout.
